Der Vorstand und alle Sportschulen vom Schweizerischen Kickboxverband haben sich am letzten Turnier vom 1.11.15 offiziell bei folgenden langjährigen Verbandsmitarbeiterinnen und -mitarbeitern bedankt. Wir danken Urs Berchtold für seine berührende Rede für Florence.

Antonio und Patrizia sind im August 2015 ausgetreten. Die anderen vier Mitarbeiter werden ihre Tätigkeit per Ende 2015 abgeben. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Sportchefs und Vorstand wurden die Stellen bereits mit Nachfolgern, definitiv oder ad interim, besetzt.
Im Namen vom SKBV, vielen Dank nochmals für eure unzähligen Einsätzen und alles Gute für eure Zukunft.
Besondere Erwähnung:
Speziell möchten wir Florence erwähnen, hier im Bild. Florence hat 20 Jahre lang als Sporting Director sämtliche WAKO Turniere in der Schweiz geleitet. Ihr Gebiet umfasste von A bis Z die Leitung der Turnierabwicklung: Jahresplanung, Vorbereitung Anmeldungen/Poollisten, strukturierte Durchführung vor Ort, Nachbereitung der Resultate, Erstellung der Meister-Diplome.. hier nur zusammengefasst aufgezählt. Florence erweiterte Kategorien, führte neue Disziplinen ein, passte so gut wie möglich alles den Bedürfnissen und Wünschen der Kämpfern, Coaches, Schiedsrichtern, Vorstand/Präsident an, und kommunizierte in Deutsch, perfektem Französisch und Englisch. Florence hat damals – dank ihrem informatischen Hintergrund – mit der Umstellung vom handgeschriebenen zum automatisierten Turnier-Abwicklungssystem zu einem entscheidenden Fortschritt für den SKBV beigetragen.
„Powerfrau“, so wird sie von ihren langjährigen Verbandskollegen und -kolleginnen bewundernd genannt.
Ihr Mann Markus, auch im Bild, auch Informatiker, begleitete sie an die Turniere und unterstützte sie je länger je mehr. Bis zum Schluss half Markus unter anderem während dem morgendlichen Ansturm beim Wägen und wertete im Anschluss an den Kämpfen die Resultatenlisten aus. Und, wie Florence selbst sagte, er war ihr treuer Fahrer an all den Turnieren (hochgerechnet ca. 120) in der ganzen Schweiz.

At the last tournament on the 01. November 2015, the board of directors and all sports clubs said officially thank you to the followed many years members of the association. We thank Urs Berchtold for his emotional speech for Florence.

Antonio and Patrizia left in August 2015. The other members will hand over their activity at the end of 2015. In a narrow cooperation with the sport chief and the board of directors, the positions are already filled, definitive or temporary, with successors.

We want to mention especially Florence, in the picture above.
For 20 years, Florence organized all Wako tournaments in Switzerland as the sporting director. Her job includes the leading of the tournaments from A to Z. Annual plan, preparation of registration/pool-lists, structural operation on site, development of results and preparation of master certificates… just some parts of her work.
Florence expanded some categories, created new disciplines, as well as she could adapt everything to the wishes of fighters, coaches, judges, board of directors/president and she communicated in in German, perfect French and English. Some years ago, thanks to her understanding in IT, Florence brought an important progress to the SKBV with the reorientation from written to an automatic handling of the tournaments.
“Superwoman”, that’s how she’s called from her long time colleagues of the board of directors.
Her husband Markus, also in the picture and a computer scientist, came along with her to all tournaments and supported her the longer the more. Until the end, Markus helped during the rush at the weigh-in and evaluated the lists of results after the fights. And how Florence said, he was her loyal driver to all the tournaments (more or less 120) in Switzerland.
